Vintage Port

Port tends to experience something of an awkward phase 10 or so years post production. That being said, 40 – 50 year old vintage port is a whole other story. This wine is full of character and consuming it is like reacquainting yourself with a little history. This is not to mention the brilliant and powerful taste!

Barossa Shiraz

This wine packs quite the punch and is likely as bold and rich as wine can get. Though this might not be for those who are more attuned and show preference for softer, milder flavors, it is ideal for enthusiasts who enjoy their wine when it’s loud and expressive. Southern Australia is known for such wines and the aforementioned, is well worth a try.

First Bordeaux

Bordeaux is probably the most recognized names when it comes to international wine. This reason is known for and has a history with production of fine wines. So much so that they even introduced their own grading/ranking system, still used in the world today. First growth Bordeaux is landslides above second and third growth in both depth and flavor. If you have not tried a first growth Bordeaux aged for ten years or more, you need to.

Vintage Champagne

Champagne on its own is quite the treat. It doesn’t matter if you’re toasting a wedding, new job or just getting out with your friends for a night after graduation. Champagne spells two things; class and celebration. We’re still talking about regular or mid-range bubbly here!

Vintage Champagne though expensive is a class and flavor in its own league. This creamy and rich drink is aged in barrels, which contributes to its incomparable depth.

Classical Cabernet from Napa

This wine was almost wiped off the face of the planet due to prohibition but luckily thanks to the efforts of certain individuals made a comeback. A nice change from the Bordeaux flavors and equally bucket list worthy, classic Napa Cabernet is the last wine on our bucket list!
